Made with roasted peppers and garlic. Since the alligator is truly organic so are all my ingredients.
Sautéed shrimp, clams, and bay scallops in a sherry sauce. Tossed with angel hair pasta, garlic, onion and red jalapeño. Garnished with roasted Brussels sprouts and Parmesan cheese.
Next time you want to cook shrimp try using some lemon olive oil it adds a nice touch to seafood.
This yummy pasta has white onion, garlic, cherry tomato, cilantro, parmesan cheese, penne pasta, and green onion. The sauce is made of white wine, heavy cream, lemon juice, and a small amount of the chicken stock. I also used Cajun spices to go with the crawfish and shrimp!
To start a latin inspired tomato caprise salad with avocado, mozzarella, cilantro and purple onion. Latin style meatballs made with veal and turkey on a bed of lime scented rice. Accompanied with a fresh vine ripened tomato sauce fused with saffron . Black borracho beans made with shock top beer. Last but not least Sweet and savory plantains garnish with cilantro.
This dish was made with what I had in my pantry and refrigerator. I hope this will inspire y'all to be creative and healthy!
